Accurately measure and take off quantities of materials or work completed from construction drawings.
To prepare and evaluate progress claims, final accounts and variation order.
Tender Handling.
Attend site visits to measure and evaluate work progress and determine payment stages.
Result oriented, success driven and self-starter.
Able to organize, co-ordinate and control payment claims from sub-contractor.
Attend site meeting.
Ability to work independently and stay focused on deadlines and tasks.
Able to meet deadline for assignment given.
To work out cost estimation and or budgetary cost.
To support and participate in ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
At least 2 Years of working experience in Construction Field.
Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients / subcontractor.
