- Able to handle both pre and post-contract management, budget and tendering.
- Able to manage and supervise all sub-co-ordinates
- As Head of Contract Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- More than 10 - 15 years of experience in this field.
- Preferable involved in residential and commercial building
- Able to manage people, resources, and materials cost-effectively to meet tight deadlines and ensure consistent quality
- Independent, resourceful, self-motivated and result-oriented
