This position is responsible for managing contracts relating to building projects.
Oversee projects performed in partnership between one organization and another.
Responsible for preparing, negotiating, and recording business contracts.
Study the legalities of contracts.
Prepare tender and developing project proposals.
Involvement in pre and post contracts.
Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales.
Managing construction schedules and budgets.
Acting as the main point of contacts for clients, site, and project managers.
Ensure construction projects meet agreed technical standards.
Oversee invoicing at the end of a project.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Contract Management, Building Studies, or Quantity Surveying.
A minimum of 5 years working experience in building/property/commercial or related field required for this position.
Preferably candidate with experience in large scale property/building/commercial.
Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Possess strong knowledge related to Quantity Surveying will be an added advantage.
