Job Description
This position is responsible for managing contracts relating to building projects.
- Oversee projects performed in partnership between one organization and another.
- Responsible for preparing, negotiating, and recording business contracts.
- Study the legalities of contracts.
- Prepare tender and developing project proposals.
- Involvement in pre and post contracts.
- Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales.
- Managing construction schedules and budgets.
- Acting as the main point of contacts for clients, site, and project managers.
- Ensure construction projects meet agreed technical standards.
- Oversee invoicing at the end of a project.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Contract Management, Building Studies, or Quantity Surveying.
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in building/property/commercial or related field required for this position.
- Preferably candidate with experience in large scale property/building/commercial.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
- Possess strong knowledge related to Quantity Surveying will be an added advantage.
