About our client: Our client is one of the largest law firms in Klang and they are looking for Senior Conveyancing Lawyer to join their team. Job Responsibilities: To handle or assist in handling all matters relating to real estate conveyancing that the firm undertakes such as preparing SPA for development projects/sub-sales, security documentations for banking facilities/loan as well as all incidental matters until completion. Attending to meetings with clients, authorities, correspondences and other types of works assigned by the firm from time to time. All other tasks related to real estate conveyancing that are not specifically stipulated above. Requirement: 3-5 PQE in conveyancing practice. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate who is able to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred. This position is only open to Malaysian citizens.
