Last but not least, we\'re responsible for a total rewards strategy that incentivizes equitably, provides outstanding benefits, and ensures a safe and inspiring workplace for our teams.This role\'s work location is Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and you will report into a People Partnerships Manager.ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations:You will be first contact for basic employee and manager questions related to HR operations;You will facilitate transfers and coordinate global mobility transactionsOn / Off Boarding:You will manage the relevant procedures of employees\' onboarding, transfer and off-boardingYou will maintain local and expat employees in medical insurance schemePayroll:You will coordinate with payroll team on monthly change and resolution of other issuesExternal Vendor Management:You will work with HR external vendor to maintain employee social insurance, housing fund and welfareData Maintenance:You will maintain the data update of HR platform and support collection of data and reportingYou will help manage surveys, including communications, completion tracking, and organization of data for review and action planningQualificationsBachelor\'s Degree majored in Human Resources or relative majorsProficiency in both spoken and written EnglishFamiliarity with Workday system (plus point)At least 2 years\' working experience in HRProficient in MicrosoftCity:State:Community / Marketing Title: Senior Coordinator, People PracticesCompany Profile:We are a global team of creators, storytellers, technologists, experience originators, innovators and so much more.
