Responsibilities: Develop and create engaging and effective copy for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to websites, landing pages, emails, social media, advertisements, and product descriptions. Report to the Head of Marketing, collaborate with the creative and digital marketing team to deliver project requirements to meet marketing objectives. Lead and establish content guidelines and verbal identity to reinvent the company brand approach in the market. A creative thinker and idea contributor, conceptualising and executing creative ideas that align with brand guidelines and messaging strategy. Ideate, strategise, lead, and deliver the monthly content calendar primarily for LinkedIn, blogs, case studies and email marketing series. Support the Creative Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist in copywriting for all organic social media posts or paid ads. Develop a quarterly research plan on industry trends, competitor products, and target audience insights to inform and enhance copywriting strategies. Proofread copy for all sales and marketing collaterals to ensure they meet brand standards, are error-free, and effectively communicate the intended message. Maintain consistency in your writing style. Qualifications: Earn a minimum bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of work experience with proven success as a Copywriter or Content Specialist. Experience in a B2B solution company is advantageous, and experience in a fintech company is highly desirable. Familiarity with SEO content writing is beneficial. Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, with a moderate proficiency in Chinese being an advantage. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. Experience or proficiency in using HubSpot or other email marketing or CRM software like MailChimp, Braze, MailerLite is an advantage.
