SENIOR COPYWRITER (ENGLISH) Do you have a way with words or the ability to persuade Do you like the challenge of thinking outside of the box We\'re looking for a wordsmith who\'s game to think creatively and strategically for brand and marketing campaigns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Write, edit, and oversee copy production for marketing collaterals across the airasia group like edms, push notifications, taglines, radio & video scripts. Supervise radio/voice recordings and attend production shoots. Collaborate with branding, creative, marketing, and other departments. Actively contribute to creative brainstorming and conceptualising of marketing campaigns Develop engaging creative copy direction for marketing campaigns Collaborate with other departments to determine consistency in copy tone and style, ensuring that it complements accompanying artwork. Work together with art directors to develop engaging and inspiring creatives. Maintain high standards of copywriting and exercise quality control across all deliverables. Study industry-wide trends to create engaging and culturally relevant copy that inspires and sells. Manage and guide junior copywriters with crafting and ideation. REQUIREMENTS Diploma/Degree in Advertising, Mass Communications, Media, Journalism, or English. Minimum 5 years experience in the advertising industry or similar field. Good understanding in basic design, social media platforms, web design and development, scriptwriting, and digital marketing. Language Skills: Highly proficient in English. Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changes. Ability to work and collaborate with others. Team management experience. Meticulous and self-driven. Soft-skills are a plus.
