Job Description

The Senior Corporate Communications Manager is a key role for the business, responsible to establish strategic plans and execution for external and internal communication strategy across four countries.

The Senior Corporate Communications Manager acts as a key role for the business, strategically supporting the development of strategic communication plans. The key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement the company\'s communication strategies and campaigns aligned with global and regional guidelines
• Build and maintain relationship with internal stakeholders to develop, coordinate and implement communication strategy to meet business goals
• Prepare effective communication strategies to ensure the company is well prepared during the rise of crisis, being able to mitigate the risk when issues arise at country level
• Drive integrated communication programs to external stakeholders including partners, media, KOLs, community groups to positively impact public health in line with company vision
• Work closely with PR and media agencies to ensure that the company\'s value propositions are promoted to relevant audiences
• Develop and manage content for all internal and external channels to ensure consistent messaging
• Responsible to lead corporate functions including town halls, board meetings, corporate events
• Lead the strategy of company\'s CSR objectives and drive impactful activities aligned with company vision

The successful candidate is an experienced Corporate Communications professional with strategic leadership experience in this field. Other requirements include:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a related field
• At least 10 years of working experience in Public Relations/Corporate Communications
• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for stakeholder engagement, internal and external
• Good relationship with government department is an added advantage
