Our client is a well-establish MNC Manufacturer based in Gelang Patah, Johor. Industry: Manufacturing/Production Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.00am - 5.00pm) : To responsible for completion of SAP month end costing steps for finalization of COGS and stock valuation. To review stock movement transactions and recommending internal control improvement. Preparing yearly budget and forecasting against actual and provide variances analysis. Create an analyse SAP product costing and analyse SAP cost variances and provide prompt update. Analysis of direct cost, manufacturing cost and processing cost for each product costing and trends analysis Review process order and FG assembly completion to ensure prompt execution Involved in cost saving improving projects and compute saving and track savings. Responsible for inventory variances, price variance and making appropriate adjustments. Responsible for inventory accounting and assist in budget/quarterly projections. Responsible for intercompany invoice processing and inventory GIT and inventory reporting. Responsible to provide quoted selling prices and material cost margin analysis Responsible for leading physical stock count and produce physical count results and analysis Responsible for internal audit on stocks and consumption transaction and identify weaknesses in process and procedure compliances Responsible for Stock risk reporting. Preparing weekly stock movement report & ORS reporting for both Finished Goods and Raw Materials. To verify monthly stocks level and analysis consumption for fuel, electricity and effluent and ensuring the monthly charges are accurate. To do costing variance analysis that aids operations in measuring their performance in term of manufacturing cost and processing cost for product costing. To set standard costing for direct raw materials and product. Requirement: Min Degree and above in Accounting/Finance. Min 5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment. Experience in SAP.
