COMPANY OVERVIEWOne of our clients, specializing in strategic communications, management, and technology consulting for global, regional, and national public and private organizations across Rising Asia, is seeking a Senior Creative and Graphic Designer in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in designing successful public affairs campaigns, with a focus on graphic design for social media, presentations, layouts, and web content.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Communications and Design LeadershipCollaborate with managers and senior leaders to create high-quality creative assets for client projects and internal use.Design visual content for social media, presentation templates, web pages, and marketing materials.Enhance PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, and other Microsoft Office deliverables.Use data analysis platforms like Meltwater to optimize content creation.Create business-oriented digital content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.Creative Conceptualization and Execution

• Collaborate with managers and senior leaders to create high-quality creative assets for client projects and internal use.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Digital Communications, Integrated Media Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in a senior design role, preferably in public affairs or advocacy campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); expertise in InDesign, Figma, After Effects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design trends, visual storytelling, and strategic branding.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective team and stakeholder engagement.
• Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work long hours when necessary.
