As a Senior Creative Designer, you will create engaging visual content and mentor teammates while collaborating across teams to ensure high-quality design project delivery. Your responsibilities include developing marketing visuals, managing brand consistency, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and staying current with design trends.As a Senior Creative Designer, you will be creating compelling visual content, including graphics, videos, and photography. Mentoring teammates, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design projects. Your responsibilities also includes:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging design concepts and visuals for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials. This includes graphic design, video editing, and photography.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in visual branding across all platforms and touchpoints. Update and refine brand guidelines as needed.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our design efforts fresh and relevant.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on leadership roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including graphics, video content, and photography.
• Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, etc.) and photography tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles is a plus.
