Job Description

Responsibilities:

Process, evaluate, and recommend or approve Hire Purchase (HP) loan applications in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory procedures. Review and assess supporting income documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. Conduct independent credit reviews, including verification of customers' personal and employment information. Perform thorough risk assessments and provide sound recommendations to support lending decisions. Handle ad-hoc tasks and credit-related projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Banking, or any related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in credit decision-making or evaluation, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. Proven track record in credit assessment and financial evaluation. CCE certification is an added advantage. Mature, analytical, and able to work independently under pressure while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
