Senior Credit Analyst, Wholesale Banking
Job Description
JD: 1. Undertake rigorous corporate credit assessment entailing preparation of credit proposal for, inter alia, new application, additional exposure towards accurate recognition and assumption of risks by the Bank. 2. Perform periodic reviews on a portfolio of large corporate accounts to identify any emerging credit deterioration and recommend remedial action, if any. 3. Maintain market awareness so as to be vigilant of trends affecting existing and future credit exposure including regulatory and policy changes. 4. Ensure compliance with the Bank\'s credit risk underwriting policies and other internal policies, regulatory guidelines and other operating procedures. 5. Attend to financing / security documentation. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor\'s Degree in Economics / Business / Finance or a related discipline from a recognized university OR relevant professional qualifications (example ACCA, CPA) 2. Professional Credit Certification (AICB) or equivalent 3. At least 8 years credit experience in Corporate Banking (Sr Manager). 4. At least 4-5 years credit experience in Corporate Banking (Manager). 5. Sound credit analytical skills. 6. Good appreciation of legal documentation to identify areas which could present credit risks. 7. Strong communication skills.
