Senior CRM Functional - System Analyst

Description: Customer Management & Compliance- Application Maintenance/ Production Support

Support Platform/Product: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Server/Database: Microsoft SQL Server SSIS / SSRS Language: Dot-Net, C#

OS: Windows

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of retail customer leads service requests, onboarding for Current/Saving/cards/personal loan Applications with online/batch interfaces to other banking systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving and production support skills.
• Good in time management and able to multi-task.
• Able to review vendor solutions and code to address production problem tickets.
• Good team player with good interpersonal and communication
• Working experience with job scheduler, MS SQL database access, and online and batch integration protocol.
• Support deployment of fixes to test environment and production Provide SIT/UAT support
• Primary Skill: Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services SSIS
