Client 5 star SG Hotel reservation Project
*Position: Customer Success Specialist (English & Mandarin speaking)
*Location: KL, G tower
*Job Details: Managing guest requests of hotel booking, restaurant, spa, entertainment and transportation reservations,
facilitating in-room dining orders.
*Method: inbound call, livechat, Email (omni channel)
*Operations hour: 24/7, rotational shift, Shift allowance provided
*5 working days in a week, 9 hour per day
*Salary: Basic package 3800 - 4800 + Language allowance RM 300. Midnight shift allowance RM30 per day
*Start Date: 29 Sep, 13 Oct, & 3 Nov
- Handle customer enquiries via calls, live chat, and email in English & Mandarin.
- Resolve complaints and sensitive issues professionally.
- Assist with hotels reservations, and guest-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide feedback to improve service quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
