Requirements
What you'll need to succeed:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Banking, Business, or related field preferred).
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (Cantonese is an added advantage).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or customer complaint handling.
  • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive or escalated cases with tact and professionalism.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Will be great if you have:
  • Experienced in the Customer Service industry and the call center is entitled to salary negotiations
Responsibilities
Location: Kelana Centre Point (KCP)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary packages: Basic + KPI + other allowances(depends on interview performances such as language ability, working experiences, and education levels)
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints escalated via management office, regulators, or social media platforms.
  • Liaise with internal departments to investigate and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
  • Draft clear and professional written responses on behalf of the Bank's senior management.
  • Ensure all cases comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement of complaint handling frameworks and escalation processes.
