Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are properly communicated to the production team for smooth execution. Coordinate closely with the production department to track manufacturing progress and ensure orders are completed on time according to customer requirements. Prepare and deliver routine reports to management and customers, highlighting performance updates, achievements, and plans for process improvement. Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange local and overseas shipments, including preparation of all necessary import/export documentation. Issue delivery orders and coordinate with the store or logistics team to schedule timely delivery of finished goods to customers. Monitor delivery schedules, resolve any issues that may cause delays, and ensure consistent on-time delivery performance. Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and delivery documentation for reporting and traceability purposes. Communicate professionally with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of service satisfaction. Support any additional administrative or coordination tasks assigned by the superior to support business operations.

Job Requirements:

Minimum

Diploma

or equivalent qualification. Preferably

2 years of working experience

in a metal or plastic injection manufacturing environment. Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and

Microsoft Word

. Good command of

English, Malay, and Chinese

(to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and suppliers). Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. High level of integrity, good interpersonal and communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
