Position: Senior Customer Service Officer:What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing

• Order Management
• Sales Order Entry
• Sales Order Maintenance
• Shipment Release
• Inventory Management
• Ensure on time delivery
• Process RMA (Customer returns)
• Work closely internally with Field Sales and Inside Sales on Pre-Order & Order Entry

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any fields.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in customer service (order management), sales administration or buyer role.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft office software\xe2\x80\x99s, especially for Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
• Customer-service oriented, analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Self-motivated and ability to prioritize tasks with sense of urgency.
