2 dynamic and passionate Senior Customer Support

to help guide potential clients on their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult Potential Clients

: Engage with prospects 80% via phone calls and 20% via WhatsApp to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs.

Build Relationships

: Provide guidance and support to ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience.

Achieve Targets

: Use your determination and passion to consult and close sales effectively.

Communicate Professionally

: Handle inquiries and follow-ups with excellent interpersonal skills.

Flexible Schedule

: Support potential clients on a 5-day workweek with rotational weekend shifts.

What We're Looking For:

Skills & Traits

: Exceptional interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. Strong communication and persuasive abilities. High determination and a results-driven mindset. Passion for consulting and helping clients achieve their goals.

Preferred Experience

: Background in sales, consulting, or client service is an advantage.

Work Mode:

Flexible Working Hours

: 5-day workweek, including alternate weekend support.

Location

: Combination of office-based and remote work at our Wangsa Maju, KL office (near LRT Sri Rampai station).

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary

: Up to RM3,000 per month.

Incentives

: Additional closing commission based on performance.
