Jobs Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall IT ( CYBER SECURITY ) SOC operations, including ( IT - CYBER SECURITY ) SOC improvements, management of SLA, daily operations, emergency responses, disaster recoveries and continuity planning. Lead, oversee and manage daily requirements and tasks of SOC ( IT- Cyber Security) (Level 2 support, incident management, training) Supervising the day to day operational activities in SOC (IT-Cyber Security ) and provide proactive security incident monitoring of security logs coming from customers' environments Motivate employees and make duty assignments to the team Managing, dealing, coordinating and keeping good working relationship with clients, vendors, partners and other business units Ensure processes are aligned towards achieving committed SLAs and KPIs, and ensure the team is doing proactive security log monitoring Controls IT Cyber security policy, processes, compliant and disaster recovery planning
Conduct performance presentation to Management or senior level customers containing the overall performance of the SOC (IT- Cyber Security ) team and services Manage and validate the handover documents from Project Team before handover to SOC ( IT - Cyber Security) Oversee subordinate to ensure the QRadar SIEM , SPLUNK etc related to IT Cyber Security appliances running efficiently without interruption

Requirements

3-5 years of relevant experience in IT security operations, IT security management and architecture Possess Professional Certificate (eg, CISM, CISA, CEH, etc.), Bachelor Degree/ Professional Degree in Information Technology / Computer Forensic / Cybersecurity Proficient in Incident Management and Response Experience in security device management and SIEM In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management etc. Experience in threat management Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentation Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience in performing vendor management Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders Good Analytical skills, Problem solving and Interpersonal skills

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
