Lead
end-to-end enterprise data architecture
-- from strategy to execution. Design, govern, and implement scalabledata models
that support real-time analytics and reporting. Overseecutover, dual-run, reconciliation, and rollback strategies
to ensure BI system stability. Architect and optimize data flow acrossOracle ? MongoDB ? Azure analytics stack.
Collaborate withbusiness leaders, BI teams, and technical leads
to align architecture with outcomes. Managedata lineage, governance, and cataloging
usingPurview
or equivalent tools. Champion best practices indimensional modeling
and enterprise data design.What You Bring
Deep knowledge of
insurance data models
-- policy, claims lifecycle, and product/LOB structures Expert inOracle SQL
andMongoDB schema design
Proven experience inAzure analytics tools
-- Data Factory, Synapse/SQL, Data LakeSkilled in
BI modeling
(Star/Snowflake schemas)Strong track record in
cutover, reconciliation, and rollback
planning Familiar withdata governance and lineage tools
(e.g., Purview) Exceptional communication skills -- able to translate data strategy into business clarityIdeal for an architect who wants to lead transformation -- not just maintain it.
