Job Description

We are looking for a

Senior Data Processing Specialist

to expand and guide our content-building team. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience managing small teams, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client and internal teams. While prior experience with content building, management, or migration is an advantage, it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a stream of 3-4 team members, ensuring knowledge sharing and high-quality deliverables Build and support products in a custom-developed CMS across the full lifecycle -- from staging to deactivation Coordinate the launch of products, offerings and both B2B and B2C campaigns Collaborate closely with client Marketing, Content, Accounting, Fulfillment, Engineering and strategic teams Verify product details with business and technical stakeholders across 30+ countries and local agencies Perform test checkouts to validate the user journey and ensure smooth product experiences Contribute to the knowledge base (KB) and known error database (KEDB) Participate in regular syncs and campaign consistency checks

Requirements

Proven experience in leading small teams and driving delivery English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written communication focus) Ability to handle business correspondence independently with users and local agencies Strong attention to detail, accountability and quality-focused mindset Fast learner, adaptable to constantly updated instructions and processes Team player with a collaborative attitude and willingness to share knowledge Strong organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders across regions and functions

Nice to have

Experience with content building, management, or migration Familiarity with CMS platforms and campaign operations Background working with international stakeholders in a multi-country environment
