• Lead and manage the sales and marketing strategies for the Chemical Division, focusing on both domestic and international markets.
• Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and profitability in the chemical trading sector.
• Identify, implement, and optimize business solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, stakeholders, and logistics partners, ensuring effective communication and negotiation.
• Oversee stock operations, ensuring optimal inventory levels and efficient supply chain management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansions and product diversification.
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations and company policies, and submit timely and accurate reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiencies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of market dynamics.

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Economics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the business trading industry, specifically within the chemical sector.
• Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and business development within the chemical industry.
• Strong experience in implementing and managing business solutions to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
• Possess good knowledge in Project Finance Arrangement (including sukuk).
• Ability to handle financial modelling (develop, modify, review) and prepare tender documentation.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Highly self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.
• Ability to travel as needed for business development and client meetings.
• Malaysian citizenship is required.
