Senior Design Engineer
Job Description
Responsible to designing mold and creating 3D CAD Model and 2d Engineering Drawings.Workout a complete design of plastic injection mould.Prepare mould specification and checklist.Prepare mould component drawing and assembly drawings.Assist in product/tool development and moulding process.Ensure smooth transition from design to development of testing of the designs and production trial run.Resolve any design technical issues in a timely manner.Conduct check to ensure all programs and tooling are correct.Ensure all work is performed accurately, efficiently, and on-time to schedule.Need to perform/discuss DFM/Tool Design concept with customer.Able to select the correct steel material to ensure tool life.Responsible for Purchase Requisition for all components/Mold Base and steel material.Responsible for workers disciplinary behavior.Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.Job Requirements:Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing or Tool & Tool/Die or related.Able to use UG software and Top Solid.Above 5 years of working experience in Plastic Injection tool design.Addition LSR knowledge.If you encounter difficulties, please for technical assistance.Best viewed with Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Chrome 30 or higher and Firefox 10 or higher
