Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead mechanical/electrical/product design projects from concept to production. Develop 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.). Conduct engineering analysis (stress, thermal, tolerance, material selection). Review and approve detailed engineering designs and documentation. Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and quality teams to ensure design-for-manufacture. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous process improvements. Ensure all designs meet industry standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 3 years of design engineering experience preferably. Strong proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent). Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and design validation. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
