Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Designer or Art Director to join our growing marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of The Access Group across all marketing channels. You will lead creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency and delivering high-quality, engaging designs that resonate with our audience. Working with the marketing team and creative leaders in the business you will develop concepts across a broad range of customer insights and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership:

• Develop and maintain a strong creative vision for campaigns across digital, social, and print.
• Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual concepts and storytelling.

• Design Execution:

• Oversee design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Create original assets, including illustrations, infographics, and layouts for multi-channel campaigns.

Be ready to upskill in AI if you're not already using it.

• Collaboration & Management:

• Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Mentor and review work from a more junior motion designer providing constructive feedback.

• Brand Stewardship:

• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies to keep our creative fresh and innovative.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer or Art Director in a marketing or creative agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaign work and brand development.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), good working knowledge of Figma, Canva and familiarity with digital design tools.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable pitching ideas to stakeholders.
• Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
• Good time management skills and general organisation / filing.
