About Our Client

Our client is a well-established

music and performing arts academy

dedicated to inspiring creativity and artistic excellence. With a growing presence in music education and live performance, they are now seeking a

Senior Multimedia Designer

to lead creative development across branding, marketing, and promotional campaigns.

Job Scope

Design promotional materials to highlight the academy's latest updates, news, and activities. Create marketing visuals for singing and music courses, including advertisements, posters, social media content, and website graphics. Develop creative assets for concerts and musical productions, such as posters, event tickets, and souvenirs. Maintain and enhance the visual identity across all social media platforms to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement. Review and refresh the academy's corporate identity (CI) periodically to align with brand positioning and market trends. Research and identify emerging design trends to strengthen creative strategies and overall output quality. Lead or contribute to rebranding initiatives to elevate the academy's brand image and visibility. Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on design progress and deliverables.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic or multimedia design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work. Proven experience in brand development and crafting cohesive visual identities. A sharp aesthetic eye and a solid understanding of global design trends. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva; video editing skills are a strong plus. Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills in Cantonese and English.
