We are seeking a Senior Developer (L3, 6-9 years) with experience in Mainframe systems to join the Cards ACQ Processing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Mainframe Cobol, CICS, and JCL, with a strong understanding of CardLink / Vision Plus. Experience with VSAM and Sequential datasets is essential, and knowledge of Easytrieve is a plus. The role involves working on SDLC processes for Banking projects, especially in the Cards domain.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Mainframe applications using Cobol, CICS, and JCL for CardLink / Vision Plus systems.Handle VSAM and Sequential datasets for card transaction processing and data management.Lead SDLC processes for Banking projects in the ACQ Processing domain, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability and efficiency of card processing systems.Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior developers.Must-Have Skills:Mainframe Cobol, CICS, and JCL programming experience.Expertise in CardLink / Vision Plus platforms for card transaction processing.Strong knowledge of VSAM and Sequential datasets.Proven experience in SDLC processes, particularly in Banking projects, with a focus on Cards.Good-to-Have Skills:Familiarity with Easytrieve.Knowledge of Compliance requirements in card processing systems.Qualifications:6-9 years of experience in Mainframe development, preferably in ACQ Processing within the Cards domain.Strong background in Mainframe Cobol, CICS, JCL, and CardLink / Vision Plus.You will also have opportunities to hone your functional skills and expertise in an area of specialization.
