We are looking for a

Senior Developer

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical issues, providing support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of critical solutions. Key Responsibilities

Provide L3 support for production issues and manage problem resolution, including root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across various systems and modules. Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across core modules such as: BWCIF (Customer) , RBK (Deposits), Loans, Collateral, NPL, Cash & Payments, and ATM Services. Coordinate with L1/L2 support, business stakeholders, and vendor teams to resolve issues. Develop code fixes and perform controlled deployments on the AS400 platform. Document issue resolutions, update knowledge bases, and support audits or compliance reviews. Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met and system stability is maintained.

Key Requirements

6-9 years of experience in support and development roles. Strong expertise in: RPG and COBOL programming on AS400DB2 database management and query optimization Experience with production support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy). This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM120,000.00 - RM150,000.00 per year
