About The Department
UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank's growth ambition. Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with strong expertise in Silverlake Deposits and AS400 RPG programming to support and enhance core banking deposit systems. The candidate will be responsible for system development, issue resolution, and ensuring the stability of CASA and Time Deposit modules.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications within the Silverlake Deposits system.
• Handle both CASA and Time Deposits functionalities.
• Design, code, test, and implement solutions using RPG on the AS400 platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and support continuous improvement of coding standards.
• Manage and execute deployments using ALDON (AS400 deployment automation tool).
• Participate in DevOps practices and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Document technical designs, specifications, and procedures.
• Manage and guide junior developers

Job Requirements

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Silverlake Deposits
• Strong command of RPG programming on AS400/iSeries
• Experience with DB2 on AS400
• Working knowledge of CASA and Time Deposit modules
• Familiarity with ALDON for AS400 deployment automation
• Exposure to DevOps methodologies and tools
