Our Client a leading bank in Asia with a global network of more than 500 branches and offices in 19 countries and territories in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America are looking for Consultants to be part of the project



The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. They work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Malaysia and overseas branches.



The client has more than 80 years of history in the banking industry and is expanding its footprint in Malaysia.

The selected resource will be working in a newly setup technology centre located in Kuala Lumpur as part of Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation.

Responsibilities

OpenText TeamSite / LiveSite Development


Design, develop, and maintain templates, components, site structures, and workflows using OpenText TeamSite (LSCS/LSDS).


Develop and enhance dynamic and static content delivery using LiveSite modules.


Manage and support content deployments using OpenDeploy.


Application Development & Integration


Develop backend components using Java and integrate with TeamSite / LiveSite.


Build, enhance, and maintain UI components using JavaScript.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CMS content with enterprise applications.


System & Platform Support


Support content publishing workflows, deployment configuration, and troubleshooting.


Perform environment validation, release support, and production issue analysis on Windows Server platforms.


Database & Configuration


Work with MS SQL for data integration, queries, and backend support.


Optimize queries and support platform-level performance improvements.


Documentation & Best Practices


Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and configuration details.


Ensure compliance with coding standards and security guidelines.

Skills

Must have


6-9 Years of strong 6+years of strong hands-on experience in OpenText TeamSite (LSCS/LSDS)


Expertise in LiveSite and OpenDeploy configuration and development


Proficiency in Java and JavaScript


Experience working on Windows Server environments


Good understanding of MS SQL


Nice to have


Knowledge of AML, COSMIC, and OpenText AppWorks


Exposure to Shared Platform / large enterprise CMS environments


Experience with workflow automation or enterprise content solutions
