Job Description

REACT DIGI is looking for a Programmer / Developer with proven track records in designing and building customer-facing solutions, including web/mobile applications, AI applications, e-commerce, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Participate in the full development lifecycle: requirement clarification, system design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements. Develop full-stack web applications and/or mobile applications that are production-ready and user-friendly. Collaborate closely with project and design teams to turn ideas into working software quickly and iteratively. Support system testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and go-live activities to ensure smooth release and stable operations. Apply strong quality practices: code review, testing mindset, performance and reliability considerations. Use AI-assisted development workflows effectively, including

prompt engineering

for coding tasks and "vibe coding" practices (rapid prototyping with LLM tools while maintaining correctness, readability, and maintainability).
Requirements

Proven programming experience with solid proficiency in at least one programming language (please share your best work). Hands-on experience in: Web programming (HTML / CSS / JavaScript / REST API),

or

Mobile app development (native or cross-platform). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; able to isolate issues and propose practical fixes. Fast learner with the ability to pick up new languages, frameworks, and tools quickly. Able to demonstrate personal or professional programming projects during the interview (GitHub/portfolio links are highly preferred). Strong quality assurance mindset and good time management; able to deliver under pressure and meet schedules.

Can read Chinese

Skills (have experience on some of them)

Modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js, etc.). Hybrid mobile app frameworks (Flutter, etc.). AI development experience (e.g., Computer Vision, NLP, LLM-based apps). Database experience (MySQL / NoSQL). Cloud experience (AWS / Google Cloud / Azure).
