Job Responsibilities:
- Deploy updates, fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support.
- Develop tools to minimize errors and enhance customer experience.
- Create software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues.
- Write scripts for visualization automation.
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows.
- Good knowledge of Ruby or Python.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Collaborative team spirit.
- Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps.
- Experience with AWS and Azure.
- Proficiency in AWS services such as VPC/subnets, IAM, ECR, EKS, S3, EC2, GP3, WAF, API-GW, R53, Cert Mgr, ALB, NLB, Lambda, Cloudwatch, Opensearch, Fluentbit, DynamoDB.
- Proficiency in Terraform.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm.
- Knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus.
- Proficiency in Docker, Linux, Bash, Git, GitLab-CI, Nexus, CI/CD.
