REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in E-Commerce background with at least 4 years experiences. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong project management and coordination skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketplace Management

Lead strategy and execution across marketplaces - forecast monthly/quarterly sales, define promotional calendars, and manage budgets across marketplace. Manage product listings, pricing, campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, and store performance. Coordinate with platform account managers & enabler agency to optimize traffic, GMV & profitability

Digital Marketing Coordination

Work closely with digital teams or agencies on paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok). Monitor ROAS, conversion rates, CTRs, and CPAs. Ensure integration between performance marketing and product launches.

Sales Analysis & Reporting

Analyze sales trends across online channels Generate weekly/monthly reports & propose next steps to improve performance Use tools like Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, and Excel.

Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan and execute monthly campaigns. Collaborate with supply chain, graphic designer and content teams to prepare materials and ensure stocks sufficiency.

Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination

Work with warehouse or 3PL providers to ensure timely delivery. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement or merchandising. Prepare monthly stocks forecast report, monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement or merchandising to restock.

Others:

Oversee a junior executive or marketplace specialist. Assist in any ad-hoc duties and activities as and when required.
