Job Description


This role will be responsible in planning, implementing and executing digital marketing strategies for brand awareness, lead generation and community growth across various marketing platforms.Responsibilities:

  • Use a data-informed approach to develop digital marketing strategies throughout its lifecycle and align marketing platforms to the company\xe2\x80\x99s business goals, priorities and strategic direction.
  • Manage all aspects of digital campaigns and applications, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Develop compelling content and marketing collaterals for digital channels, including website, social media, email, and digital advertising.
  • Plan content strategies, develop content, build a social media calendar, and manage content publishing across marketing platforms.
  • Seek, build, and maintain relationships with regional content creators, community leaders, and advocates.
  • Conduct market research and gain a complete understanding of the industry landscape, target customer background and company products and services to develop content and digital initiatives that are innovative and original.
  • Develop customer experience initiatives such as Learning Management System, e-Commerce, Community Forum, Customers Google Reviews, Client Success Stories, Testimonials and Interviews.
  • Create and ensure all content assets are updated consistently across all the marketing collaterals and educational resources.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to deliver high-converting content incorporating SEO techniques for the various targeted audience profile and align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Stay informed about emerging digital marketing technologies and tools, and recommend new opportunities for innovation.
  • Monitor digital lead conversion rate to measure the effectiveness of the digital campaigns and refine digital strategies for improvement and optimize ROI.
  • Provide regular updates on regional plans, weekly activity calendar, results and ROI and advise on activities enhancement; analyse, discuss and obtain feedbacks from Sales and Marketing teams for improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Min. 2 year experience in digital marketing field, ideally within B2B or technology organisations
  • Experience in digital marketing development and eCommerce (knowledge of wordpress and woocommerce would be a plus)
  • Content designing and creation skills \xe2\x80\x93 photoshop, illustrator, video editing software
  • Meticulously organised with project management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to take initiative, be innovative and creatively solve problems
  • A marketing or business degree, or formal marketing qualification is desirable
