Job Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to implement effective marketing strategies Monitor and review sales performance to ensure targets are achieved Manage and grow the company's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and others) Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and online sales Identify market needs, seasonal trends, and business opportunities Guide and coach the sales team to meet performance goals Conduct market research and adjust marketing strategies based on findings Explore potential business partnerships and new opportunities Review and analyze marketing and sales performance Manage content creation for online marketing and branding Analyze marketing data to support strategic decisions Plan and lead online activities, events, and webinars Create and manage engaging social media content and respond to followers Handle multiple marketing projects and meet deadlines

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a related field Strong analytical, multitasking, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to write compelling content for various communication channels Independent, self-motivated, high integrity, and result-oriented Willing to work overtime when required Good communication and interpersonal skills Dynamic, flexible, creative, and able to think outside the box Proactive with strong problem-solving skills Familiar with social media operations Pleasant personality with a positive working attitude Outspoken, confident, and performance driven Must have own transport Malaysian candidates only
