What you will do:

  • Work closely with the Country Manager and HQ Marketing team to identify opportunities and formulate marketing strategy for Oddle B2B, Oddle Eats and Marketing-as-a-Service for high-value merchants in Malaysia
  • Design, plan and execute leads generation campaigns to establish Oddle as a thought leader in the F&B industry
  • Design and manage Oddle Eats digital campaigns to drive traffic and GMV growth for listed merchants, as well as B2C campaigns for selected high-value merchants
  • Manage marketing budget and campaigns, coordinate efforts with the performance marketing team and creative team to ensure campaigns are executed with the highest impact
  • Work with the Account Managers to liaise on marketing proposal, communication and expectation management with merchants throughout campaigns planning & execution
  • Plan and conduct research sessions with key merchants and/or consumers, identify key findings and drive improvements that bring about positive business impacts
Who we\'re looking for
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business or related
  • 2-4 years of experience as a digital marketer in a fast-growth environment, preferably in a tech/eCommerce company
  • Integrated marketer with familiarity in performance marketing, digital channels, CRM and growth marketing with a good aesthetic sense
  • A results-driven marketer who is excellent in planning & managing 360 marketing campaigns with meaningful business impact
  • A strong project manager with effective communication skills, who is able to manage and influence various stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of all various digital marketing channels and keep themselves updated with the new & upcoming channels / social media platforms
  • An entrepreneurial spirit who is self-driven and goes out of your way to make things happen
  • Great sense of ownership and take pride in your work
