Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in digital advertising operations or similar roles, with a track record of managing successful ad campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent understanding of ad formats, targeting options, and optimization techniques on various platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets to derive insights.
  • Experience in budget planning and ROI forecasting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnel, customer journeys, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal) preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to identify best practices and improve results.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics effectively.
  • Analyse campaign data and generate actionable insights through regular performance reports.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns leverage the latest features and strategies.
  • Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation to achieve the highest ROI.
  • Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve platform issues.
  • Develop brand strategies to ensure a strong brand presence for all of the company's businesses.
  • Collaborate with external vendors or agencies for social media content, ad creatives, BTL/ATL campaigns, and specialized initiatives.
  • Manage and grow the company's digital presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc., including content planning and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with in-house creative & web development team to develop and update company websites.
  • Assist in providing training or workshops on brand management, marketing strategies & digital tools to company subsidiaries.
  • Contribute to annual digital marketing strategy and business growth planning.
  • Other relevant duties as instructed in support of digital and brand marketing objectives Qualifications:
