Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's is a plus).
3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with leadership exposure.
Strong knowledge of paid media, analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO, etc.), and CRM/email automation.
Familiar with social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, IG Reels, and Xiaohongshu.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent writing and communication.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Oversee campaign planning, budgeting, and performance. Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, and product teams.
Performance Marketing & Analytics: Manage paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) with a focus on ROI. Conduct performance analysis, A/B testing, and funnel optimization. Monitor and report on key marketing metrics. Manage marketing budgets.
Content & Brand Growth: Oversee creation and distribution of high-quality content across digital platforms. Ensure brand consistency. Build relationships with influencers and brand partners. Drive innovation in campaigns and live-streaming.
Market Research & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies. Conduct market and competitor analysis. Recommend and implement innovative strategies.
