Responsibilities:

  • To plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, which includes but not limited to Google advertisements, social media, website, email and display advertising according to marketing plans.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification to generate leads for sales, community events and other initiatives.
  • Design, build and optimize our social media presence, website search ranking and UX across all platforms to increase traffic, engagement and generate leads and inquiries.
  • Working with Graphic Designer to ensure clear and engaging graphic communications for print and web that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members interactions. This will include marketing/communication brochures, website and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Create editorial calendars and schedules to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary.
  • Continuously improve digital marketing efforts by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Write and distribute e-newsletters to subscribers.
  • Manage all social media communications while moderating all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage branding, identify key players and coordinate actions.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
  • Other additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
As part of the Marketing & Community Team, you are expected to:
  • Participate in brainstorming and developing creative marketing plans and growth strategies
  • Be the ambassador of the business community ecosystem through partnerships and events
  • Promote and ensure optimal understanding of marketing plans across the company.
Qualifications

Job Requirement(s):
  • Candidate to possess a Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience is required for this position
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and listening skills
  • Self-starter individuals with a strong drive to achieve
  • Must have good communication skills and strong command in spoken and written English language
Additional Information

  • Experience in Events Management or Events Hosting
  • Experience in SEO, Canva or Hubspot
