OBJECTIVE:

Drive online sales growth by leading, developing, and executing marketing strategies through social ads, content, and strategic campaigns that drive revenue and strengthen brand positioning in the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Paid Advertising Management

Plan and manage targeted ad campaigns on TikTok and Meta platforms. Conduct A/B testing on visuals and ad copies to improve campaign results.

2. Content Creation & Partnerships

Develop engaging ad creatives, videos, and graphics for social media. Create and edit content for reels, posts, and campaigns. Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and partners to boost reach and sales.

3. Marketplace Sales Optimization

Manage marketing and operations on eCommerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop). Optimize storefronts and product listings to increase conversions. Implement promotions, offers, and campaigns to drive sales growth.

4. Business Development & Growth

Support marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets. Use customer insights and data to improve decision-making. Track and analyze performance metrics to maximize ROI.

REQUIREMENTS:

Skills and Qualifications:

More than 1 year of experience in digital advertising, media buying, and paid ads. Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns such as managing Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. More than 1 year of experience in content creation or social media management. Must have a reliable laptop, phone and stable internet connection suitable for remote-first working environment.

Preferred Soft Skills:

Fluent in both English and Malay (spoken and written). Mandarin is a plus. Highly driven to drive sales and business growth Strong self-learning ability and proactive approach to independent work.
