Job Description

The Senior Direct Tax Analyst will play a crucial role in the tax department, providing expert advice on tax matters and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and review quarterly tax provisions for assigned businesses and divisions.
• Prepare and review tax account reconciliations, ensuring tax balances are properly supported by working papers.
• Finalize estimated tax computations for entities required to file estimated chargeable income for tax payment purposes.
• Finalize draft tax computations for entities in compliance with local tax regulations, as guided by the Local Corporate Tax team.
• Finalize and record tax balance sheets for local tax purposes, including deferred tax in coordination with country corporate tax teams, and manage 'Return-to-Provision' true-ups in collaboration with local tax teams.
• Finalize the necessary information for drafting statutory and tax disclosures.
• Prepare, finalize, and manage the 'Tax Compliance' calendar in coordination with local tax teams.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, updated routines, and adherence to CBP (Control Best Practices).
• Conduct tax research on international tax-related documents (e.g., double tax treaties) to support tax compliance
• Ensure the availability of updated Standard Routines following legal or process changes.
