About the job Senior Discipline Engineer (Well Integrity)

• xefxbbxbfxefxbbxbfProvide technical support and leadership on all matters relating to well integrity, including design, operation, monitoring, and late-life well management.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of the Well Integrity Management System (WIMS).
• Conduct structural integrity assessments of ageing wells and related assets.
• Develop and review strategies for corrosion management, barrier verification, and obsolescence mitigation.

• Evaluate risk and recommend suitable remedial actions to ensure asset integrity and continued production.
• Prepare, review, and endorse technical documents, procedures, and engineering reports.
• Ensure alignment with relevant national regulations, company policies, and international standards (e.g. API, ISO).
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, drilling, and HSE teams to deliver integrated integrity solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge development within the team.
• Participate in internal audits, technical reviews, and incident investigations as needed.

• xefxbbxbfxefxbbxbfBachelors Degree in Engineering (relevant to the specific discipline from a recognized institution.
• Personnel must be registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
• Having a minimum of 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least five years in a lead role.
• Familiarity with challenges of extending the operational life of aging assets, including structural integrity assessments, corrosion management and obsolescence mitigation.
