xefxbbxbfxefxbbxbfProvide technical support and leadership on all matters relating to well integrity, including design, operation, monitoring, and late-life well management.
Support the implementation and optimisation of the Well Integrity Management System (WIMS).
Conduct structural integrity assessments of ageing wells and related assets.
Develop and review strategies for corrosion management, barrier verification, and obsolescence mitigation.
Evaluate risk and recommend suitable remedial actions to ensure asset integrity and continued production.
Prepare, review, and endorse technical documents, procedures, and engineering reports.
Ensure alignment with relevant national regulations, company policies, and international standards (e.g. API, ISO).
Collaborate with production, maintenance, drilling, and HSE teams to deliver integrated integrity solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge development within the team.
Participate in internal audits, technical reviews, and incident investigations as needed.

xefxbbxbfxefxbbxbfBachelors Degree in Engineering (relevant to the specific discipline from a recognized institution.
Personnel must be registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
Having a minimum of 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least five years in a lead role.
Familiarity with challenges of extending the operational life of aging assets, including structural integrity assessments, corrosion management and obsolescence mitigation.
