Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Responsible to set up and optimize the online stores and help to achieve sales targets.
Manage daily e-commerce operations, store decoration, promotion submission.
Organize and drive sales promotion for all online marketplaces based on the annual sales plan.
Work closely with the product marketing team to improve stores' traffic and increase conversion rate.
Generate sales data analysis / competitor analysis / measurement of e-commerce performance (Sales / Traffic / ROI / SKUs / Campaign Performance).
Manage customer relationship management system tool to collect and manage the information.
Actively liaise with stakeholders, such as the 3PL warehouse, Courier Company, & e-commerce platforms team.
Develop & maintain a strategic partnership with key e-commerce accounts.
Carry out digital marketing related activities to increase store traffic.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce platforms.
