Oversee daily store operations across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
Manage product listings, pricing, inventory control, and order fulfillment
Ensure timely updates of SKUs, promotions, and content to reflect the latest product launches and campaigns
2. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
Analyze sales performance, user behavior, and traffic sources
Identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates, ROI, and customer retention
Prepare regular reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness
3. Digital Marketing & Campaign Planning
Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the beauty industry audience
Manage paid ads, influencer collaborations, and social media promotions
4. Customer Service & Experience
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints across all e-commerce and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
Enhance overall customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty through excellent service and support
5. Market & Competitor Research
Track competitor activities and market trends in the beauty sector
Propose actionable insights to stay ahead in product offerings, promotions, and customer engagement
Requirements:
1. E-Commerce Platform Experience
Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms
Candidates must have prior experience in handling beauty or skincare products on e-commerce platforms.
2. Industry Knowledge - Beauty & Skincare
Strong interest and familiarity with beauty and skincare trends, products, and consumer behavior
Able to effectively position and promote beauty products to the right audience
3. Data & Analytical Skills
Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce dashboards
Capable of analyzing campaign performance and optimizing for growth
4. Creative Marketing & Campaign Planning
Strong creative thinking and ability to design engaging promotional activities
Familiar with beauty-related social media trends, content, and influencers
5. Communication & Problem Solving
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond effectively to unexpected challenges
