Senior E-Commerce Specialist

to lead our online growth efforts.

1. Product Listing & Maintenance

Upload and manage product listings across Shopee and other platforms. Ensure product titles, descriptions, prices, and photos are accurate and optimized for visibility. Regularly update stock and pricing to match actual inventory.

2. Campaign & Promotion Management

Plan and execute participation in monthly campaigns (e.g. 10.10, 11.11, payday, flash sales). Set up vouchers, bundle deals, and in-store promotions to boost sales. Coordinate store banners and visual updates during campaign periods.

3. Order Processing & Customer Service

Monitor and process incoming orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to prevent delays. Respond to customer inquiries and handle reviews or aftersales issues professionally.

4. Store Performance & Data Monitoring

Track daily and weekly sales, conversion rates, and traffic performance. Analyse product performance to identify top-selling and slow-moving items. Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

5. Shopee Ads & Optimization

Manage Shopee Ads (Search, Discovery, Display) according to assigned budgets. Monitor and optimize ad campaigns for better ROI. Stay updated with new tools, seller programs, and platform policies.

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Shopee Seller Centre or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of ads management, campaigns, and seller tools. Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple SKUs efficiently. Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting. Experience in the hardware or building materials industry is an advantage.

5 days Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Hybrid working mode

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
