Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical systems for large-scale building projects, including high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, and institutional facilities.

Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications using Electrical CAD software.

Ensure designs comply with local regulations and international standards.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical designs with other building systems.

Conduct site visits to assess and resolve technical issues during construction phases.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project alignment and compliance.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in electrical design.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical design for large-scale building projects.

Proficiency in Electrical CAD software and other relevant design tools.

Strong understanding of local electrical codes and international standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) or eligible for registration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in data center electrical design highly preferred.

Experience with sustainable and energy-efficient electrical system designs.

Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.

Certification in relevant professional courses or training programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
