Job Responsibilities:

Performing as M&E design consultant roles for data centre projects from feasibility studies to conceptual design Designing & developing technical solutions for clients' projects Producing, coordinating and reviewing M&E design drawings and specifications Review of workshop drawings & regular inspection of works onsite for quality checks Review all Testing and Commissioning plan and attendance of all tests in shop factory and onsite Liaison with authorities having jurisdiction for approval of submissions and installations Travelling out of town if required for project needs Attending all project meetings Project closure and prepare handover document

Requirements:

A recognized Bachelor or post graduate degree in Electrical Engineering A minimum of 4-5 years' experience working in Engineering Consultancy/ Construction industry Background in Data Centre design and commissioning experience is a plus Has strong electrical power system knowledge in MV and LV design Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English Have the ability to think on your feet, organize and deliver project on schedule Have had exposure to design phase, contract administration, testing & commission, electrical safety and quality management Necessary experience eligible for registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia as a Professional Engineer or a registered PEPC Candidate with the skill of BIM or have accreditation as ATD will be an added advantage
