Join us as Senior Electrical Engineer for Project Closure and Warranty for the Process Automation Business Area where you will be collaborating with the design, site, project management team as well as with customer for the successful project closure maintaining customer satisfaction and quality culture within ABB. Reporting to Electrical Engineering Manager and this position will be based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. Your responsibilities Coordinating with the site, design team, factory, and customer for the closure of all carry over punches Ensuring that the final site documents including red markup are maintained in the server Modifying any necessitated in the IED after equipment delivery need to be handled Coordinating with the Electrical and Automation team for smooth closure of the site issues and with customer, internal team members and factory for the closure of all sites related queries after equipment delivery Managing final document closure including final document approval and as built for all project Ensuring all the site related lesson learnt points are well documented Your background Engineering graduate in Electrical with minimum 5 years of experience out of which at least 3 years in Low Voltage and Medium Voltage switchgear testing and commissioning Sound knowledge in ABB IEDs Competency in configuration of ABB IED using PCM 600 Knowledge on RCA and Quality Management Excellent communication skill Strong Analytical & decision-making skills and offshore FPSO experience is desirable Benefits Life insurance Accident insurance Paid Parental leave (gender neutral) Sick pay More about us ABB Energy Industries is enabling safe, smart, and sustainable projects and operations for businesses across the oil, gas, chemicals, life sciences, power generation and water sectors.
