Familiar with international electrical and instrumentation standards.
Competent in testing and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
Familiar with design codes and standards, and oil and gas industry construction practices.
Shall be registered as a member of BEM.
Develop all plans and procedures for commissioning of systems.
Ensure compliance with project quality procedures such as document control, change control, materials control, field inspection and testing procedures.
Lead package commissioning team during commissioning/start-up.
Lead package workpack and procedural related to commissioning and startup.
Develop all turnover documents required for custody transfer to Operations.
